Tanya Stephens

Tanya Stephens is a business broker with Corporate Investment Business Brokers (CIBB). She has acquired a vast knowledge of business acumens after dedicating 15 years to the commercial banking industry as a Market President and Senior Strategist. Prior to commercial banking, Ms. Stephens spent 15 years in the long-term healthcare industry as a nurse and care administrator. Her favorite aspect of both careers was hearing peoples’ stories of how they got to where they are today. She is a passionate people person that loves to see others succeed and prosper.

Tanya is a serial entrepreneur having owned multiple l businesses including a boutique style tanning salon, real estate investment companies and real estate rehab companies, while being licensed in real estate in both Florida and Nebraska. The combination of those experiences has honed her skills in contract negotiations, financial analysis, negotiations, conflict resolution, and relationship building. She has been seen everywhere from doing home remodeling to negotiating contracts at a desk. Her attitude of pulling up her shirt sleeves and getting her hands dirty has built skills that have allowed her to dive deep into all aspects of business.

Tanya earned her Bachelor of Business and Masters in Healthcare Administration from Bellevue University. She is a graduate of Ag School of Banking and Advanced School of Banking. Tanya is also a published author.

When she isn’t working to help others, she enjoys trying new restaurants, paddle boarding, reading, traveling and scuba diving. Tanya is full of energy and has a sense of adventure! On the professional side, Tanya is passionate in helping others achieve the American Dream of business ownership, seller succession planning and crafting exit strategies through the buying and selling process.
