Todd Topliff brings over 15 years of experience helping business owners navigate growth, transition, and sale. He’s known for seeing the full picture, combining financial insight, deal strategy, and steady leadership through every stage of the transaction.
Before joining Corporate Investment Business Brokers, Todd served as Vice President at several major banks, where he managed multi-million-dollar portfolios and structured financing solutions for Florida’s small and mid-sized companies. His background in commercial lending, formal credit training, and IRS tax certification provides the expertise to accurately assess value and structure deals that withstand scrutiny.
Todd isn’t just a broker. He’s been an owner too. After starting and selling two companies before turning 30, he understands the weight of every decision and the emotions behind a sale. That firsthand experience shapes his approach today, focused on protecting clients’ interests while providing clear strategy and guidance from start to close.
A Southwest Florida resident since 1991, Todd brings deep local knowledge to every deal. He lives in Estero with his wife and four children. Outside of work, he enjoys inshore fishing and mountain biking the trails at Caloosahatchee Regional Park, Alafia State Park, and Markham Park.
