and Central Florida. The Company fabricates and erects structural steel in the commercial building industry; and builds, installs and repair equipment
and metal structures for the industrial and mining industries. Additionally, the Company has cranes and other heavy construction equipment available
for hiring on a subcontract basis. $12,000,000 of COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE is included in the purchase price.
